Rosalie Wanka and Ana Topalovic come together from two genres that usually do not present themselves as a duo: dance and (multi)cello.
In their performances, they dialogue with and stimulate each other through ideas, working methods, perspectives, but above all through live interaction, when Ana suddenly comes up with new melodies and sounds and Rosalie finds completely new forms of movement through Ana's music. It is the improvisational aspect that breathes unique life into this duo and is reflected in a deep connection, a genuine 'vibrating with each other' - improvisation in dance, in music, but especially in their mutual interaction.
The result is a refreshing performance that does not have the ambition to go into a narrative, but is entirely dedicated to the essence of this connection between dance and music, which has been practiced since the beginning of times.
